....for April 25 when we will announce and celebrate our newest Women’s Fund grantees.

This exciting announcement will be made at an afternoon reception at the Fess Parker Doubletree where Women’s Fund members, friends and guests will meet our new grantees.

In March, look for your electronic invitation to the Presentation of Grants Reception.

The path to our April 25 Presentation of Grants has several steps:

• Women's Fund members who joined by December 31, 2015 created a pool of donated funds to be distributed in spring 2016.
• After nearly a year of research, our Research Committee is completing a ballot of deserving nonprofit candidates to be considered for 2015-16 Women's Fund grants.​
• On March 11, Women’s Fund members will receive their ballot information package by email.
• By April 2, eligible Women's Fund members will vote for the agencies they'd like to receive funds from the grants pool. For the fourth year, voting will be conducted by electronic ballot to avoid print and postage costs.
• On April 25, we will present checks to our 2015-16 grant recipients at the Presentation of Grants Reception.

Michael Bryant at Bryant & Sons is again underwriting the printing of our annual brochure and Ashley Parker-Snider at Fess Parker Winery is providing wine for our reception. Event Chair Stina Hans is underwriting several other event costs. We are so grateful for their generosity!

One of the important principles of the Women’s Fund is minimizing our costs so we can donate maximum dollars into the community. Donations from our underwriters plus the $20 fee attendees will pay at the door will cover 100% of our event costs.

Would you like to volunteer at this event?

Volunteering is a fun way to meet other Women's Fund members. We always need help greeting and registering attendees, setting up and cleaning up after the event.
