Announcing our new grantees via a
VIRTUAL Celebration of Grants
We hope you are safe and remaining healthy. Since we can’t be together in one place, we are taking a different approach to celebrating the Women’s Fund’s new grantees. We will join together virtually with the nine nonprofits you selected to share $685,000 in Women’s Fund grants.
Due to the rapidly changing environment, we took the extra step this year of reaching out to our new grantees to verify that the grants are still relevant and transformative during this unprecedented time. Grantees not only assured us that the work we are funding is still vital, they said these grants could not have come at a better time. Some organizations have even accelerated their plans in light of our funding.
So mark your calendars. We will announce and celebrate our new grantees on May 6 as we’ve planned—only it will be a virtual gathering. Look for your invitation in your email next week.
