Looking for ways to do more for our community?
As a member of the Women’s Fund of Santa Barbara, you already make an impact by helping fund programs and projects for the extraordinary local nonprofits serving south Santa Barbara County women, children and families.
There’s a way to do more—consider becoming a Woman’s Fund volunteer.
Why volunteer?
- Double your impact on the community by donating your time as well as your dollars in support of our community’s needs.
- Have FUN getting to know more of the talented and dedicated women who make the Women’s Fund run smoothly.
- Help keep our administrative costs to a minimum so we can maximize the size of our annual grants pool.
You can make a difference in many ways, from helping with events to chairing committees and everything in between.
Here are a few priority openings:

- Finance Committee: we are looking for someone with bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Communications Committee: we are looking for someone with graphic design experience.
- Membership Committee: we are looking for someone with database management experience.
- Mission Impact Committee: we are looking for someone with experience in developing and analyzing surveys.
- IT Working Group: this short-term project team (five to six months) is looking for people with technology skills interested in planning for the Women's Fund technology needs for the next three to five years.
