Your votes have been counted and preparations are almost complete for the Women's Fund's 7th Annual Presentation of Funds Luncheon at noon, Monday, May 2 in the Reagan Room at the Doubletree Resort. This exciting event is when we will learn what worthy nonprofit agencies you've selected to receive a total of $565,000 in 2010-11 Women's Fund grants.

If you contributed at least $250 to the Women's Fund in 2010, you should have already received your invitation to this special event in the mail. And if you haven't done so, please RSVP now by clicking here. RSVP deadline is April 22.

This is a celebration you don't want to miss. Don't forget - the results of our voting are a secret until our luncheon so we'll all be surprised together!

And speaking of awards, on May 14 the Women's Fund of Santa Barbara will receive a Richard Goldman Heroes for Justice Award at a dinner sponsored by the Legal Aid Foundation of Santa Barbara County. According to Executive Director Ellen Goodstein, "The selection committee was awed by the incredible work of the Women's Fund contributing over $2.5 million to 33 worthy agencies who make Santa Barbara a better community for all."
