These community health workers provide health education and help Latino neighbors break down barriers to access needed health care. They find and connect people to effective resources and services, and advocate for equitable access and healthier communities. The Promotores Network, a program under Children & Family Resource Services, received a grant for $100,000 in May 2021 for the Health Navigator Training.
