Beverly brings over 25 years of real estate experience to her work. She began her career in the Bay Area in 1993, where she built a strong reputation helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence. In 2022, she made the move to Santa Barbara and joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. Beverly loves spending time with her family and friends, whether that’s cooking at home, hiking local trails, or enjoying wine tasting along the Central Coast. She is deeply connected to the outdoors and especially enjoys time at the beautiful Santa Barbara beaches. Since moving to Santa Barbara, Beverly has embraced the community and genuinely enjoys meeting new people and building lasting friendships. She is an Ambassador for the ETC Theater Group and has developed a strong appreciation for the arts, particularly local theater. Always open to new experiences, she recently learned to play Mahjong and now enjoys being part of a lively group that plays together each week.
