Heather Triplett joined the Women's Fund in 2024 and is proud to serve as a Team Captain and member of the IT Committee. A Santa Barbara native, she has seen firsthand the impact philanthropy has on the community she calls home. After earning a B.A. in Psychology from UC Irvine, Heather began her career at Direct Relief before transitioning to the software industry, where she has helped high-growth companies scale through leadership roles in Customer Experience and Operations. She is passionate about advancing mental health resources, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, and helping families navigate childhood cancer. Heather previously served on the Board of the Mental Wellness Center and has volunteered with the Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation, while supporting fundraising efforts for many local nonprofits. In her free time, she enjoys hiking local trails and walking Santa Barbara's beaches with her husband, Justin, and their dog, Milo.
