Rechelle Ringer joined the Communications Committee in 2024. Rechelle is First Vice President and Manager of Marketing and Products at American Riviera Bank where she spearheads the development and execution of innovative products and marketing initiatives. Rechelle received degrees from Westmont College in Art and Modern Languages and is a Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) with almost 30 years of financial industry experience. Beyond banking, Rechelle has been deeply involved in the Santa Barbara public education system, having served in board positions from preschool through high school levels, including Parent-Teacher Associations at multiple schools and at the Council level, booster boards, and numerous committees with the Santa Barbara Unified School District. Rechelle currently serves on the board of the Dos Pueblos High School Foundation and the Ministry Team at Living Faith Church.
