The Women’s Fund of Santa Barbara presents:

A Forum on Mental Health Wellness  - “Raising our Kids to be Healthy & Resilient”
 
 A Grants In Action program Monday, May 15, 2023 at 4:30pm at The New Vic Theater

In 2021 the U.S. Surgeon General Murthy issued a Public Health Advisory on the state Youth Mental Health noting “the challenges today’s young people face are unprecedented and uniquely hard to navigate.  And the effect these challenges have had on their mental health is devastating.”

This Grants in Action forum will highlight the work of three current Women’s Fund grantees and explore the healthy social & emotional development in young children, supporting mental health well-being from toddlerhood through young adulthood, and the critical therapeutic resources required to heal and nurture youth in crisis.
