Parm Williams
Parm Williams joined the Women’s Fund in 2005 and almost immediately became the new organization’s Membership Chair, a busy volunteer job she did tirelessly for a half-dozen years.
Parm remembers fondly how she helped new member Julie Sorenson create a new group (“Inspired”) in 2008, when Julie still had young children. “Julie is now on the Membership Committee and this year helped me start a new group. I love how we’ve come full circle!”
Parm also served on the Women’s Fund Research Committee and became so enamored with one of the groups she researched in 2008 – Dos Pueblos Engineering – that she started a group called D’Penguineers which is still flourishing today.
Parm has named the Women’s Fund in her estate plan, an idea her late husband Frank enthusiastically endorsed.
